Therapy can help in managing and coping with various emotions and life struggles while developing more effective ways to cope and manage current concerns. I take an honest, caring, and direct approach that people tell me makes them feel comfortable. The most important factor that affects success in therapy is the relationship that develops between the client and therapist. I will focus on helping you identify and work on your goals and resolve issues that are negatively affecting your emotional health, relationships, and present life.
