Secular Therapy
There are many therapists who practice from a religious or faith-based perspective, but very few who openly describe their work as secular. I want to make that distinction clear. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and respect for your individual worldview—not in religious or spiritual doctrine.
I welcome people who identify as agnostic, atheist, humanist, or simply prefer to keep religion or spirituality out of the therapy room. You deserve a space where your beliefs (or lack thereof) are understood and respected—not questioned, judged, or filtered through a religious lens.
While I am ethically and professionally able to work with clients of any religious background, I intentionally name this to reach those who have felt hesitant or wary about therapy because of previous experiences with religious assumptions or moral framing. In our work together, your values guide the process—not mine.

Spiritual but Not Religious
I also work with people who identify as spiritual but not religious, witchy, energy-aware, or simply curious about their connection to the universe. You don’t need to fit into any particular framework to explore the meaning, intuition, or energetic aspects of your life.
Our sessions can be a space where you bring your whole, authentic self—your rituals, your questions, your sense of wonder—without needing to translate or tone it down. I meet you where you are, whether you draw strength from tarot, astrology, ancestral practices, or your own personal understanding of the sacred.
There’s room here for both rational exploration and intuitive experience. My goal is to hold space for the full spectrum of human meaning-making—from the deeply grounded to the cosmically curious.
