During this call, we can talk briefly about what you’re hoping to work on, and I can answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. This will give you a sense of how I work and whether my approach aligns with your needs and goals.

I have a flat rate of $160 per 60 minute session. This means my fee is the same for individuals, couples or family therapy. I believe that the type of therapy I provide is systemic and valuable in nature, no matter who is in the session. To allow for a more affordable path of therapy, I also offer group therapy for $75 per 90 minute session. For those seeking good and intensive therapy work together but cannot fit my $160 rate into their budget, group therapy works well while individual sessions are more spread out in the calendar. Sliding scale options are also available on a limited basis.
